A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO 💕

I would not call the age statement a “disclaimer” on the website. That sounds legal and a little negative. I'd make it friendly but unmistakable:

Hey Girl is an adults-only women's event. Our day is thoughtfully planned for an adult audience, and childcare is not provided. Please make arrangements for children to enjoy their day elsewhere so you can relax, participate and enjoy the full Hey Girl experience!
 

And I love adding the shoe note because it fits the theme perfectly:
 

Walk the Walk—comfortably! 👟 You'll be moving throughout the day for sessions, shopping, activities and plenty of fun, so comfortable shoes are highly encouraged. Cute is welcome—but comfortable is smart! 😉
 

I would also include:
 

Come ready for a full day! Doors open before our 8:30 AM start, so arrive with enough time to check in, grab your things and get settled. You'll be moving between activities throughout the day, so dress comfortably and bring a light sweater or jacket if you tend to get chilly indoors.
 

Seating: Individual tickets are open seating. Reserved seating is guaranteed with the purchase of a Let's Go Girls Table or Hey Girl VIP Table.
 

Tickets & Sponsorships: Quantities are limited and opportunities are available while they last. Because shirts, meals, seating and event materials are ordered in advance, I would also put your refund/transfer policy here once you decide exactly what you want that policy to be.
 

One other thing I would put prominently near the BUY NOW buttons: “Five consecutive sold-out Hey Girl events—don't wait to reserve your place!” That gives people a genuine reason to register early without making the page feel pushy.
