Join us for a powerful, joy-filled day designed especially for girls in 4th–8th grade at Happy Valley Church on Friday, August 7th from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

This is more than just an event—it’s an intentional day created for girls to experience faith, friendship, fun, and encouragement in a safe and uplifting environment.

 

The My Girl Team from Happy Valley Church is excited to partner in this year's Sister Girl Conference! Together, they'll help lead, encourage, mentor, and serve the next generation of young women as they grow in their faith and discover who God created them to be.​

 

👧👩 Age-Specific Experiences

Girls will be placed into age-appropriate groups:

 

• Sister Girl (4th–8th Grade) – Hosted at Happy Valley Church

​

Each group will have sessions tailored specifically to their age, while also coming together for meaningful shared moments like Praise & Worship and Closing.

• 4 engaging sessions with inspiring speakers

• Meaningful Bible teaching and encouragement

• Fun games, crafts, and connection time

• Praise & Worship together

• Nacho & taco bar lunch

• Dessert bar celebration near the end of the day

🌸 Heather Wyble
Grace & Gratitude – Intentional Living
Heather will encourage girls to discover how choosing grace and gratitude every day can shape their hearts, attitudes, and relationships while helping them live intentionally for Christ.

 

📖 Kellie Ford
Verse Mapping & Journaling
Girls will learn simple, practical ways to study God's Word through verse mapping and creative journaling, giving them tools they can continue using long after the conference.

 

💗 Christy Sanders Brown
Real Life. Real Questions. Real Hope.
As an experienced youth minister, Christy creates a safe space for girls to ask honest questions about everyday life, friendships, faith, and growing up while discovering biblical truth and encouragement.

 

🚩 Brittney Hall
Praise Flags
Experience worship in a whole new way! Britteny will lead an interactive praise flag session, teaching girls how movement can become a joyful expression of worship and praise to God.

We are so excited to host your girls for this special day! Here are a few important details to help them be prepared and comfortable:

👕 What’s Included

• Each girl will receive an event T-shirt upon registration

• Lunch (Nacho & Taco Bar) and dessert are provided

• All activities, sessions, and materials are included

​

🎒 What to Bring

• 📖 Bible (required)

• 💧 Water bottle (optional)

• 😊 A great attitude and ready to have fun!

👟 What to Wear

• Comfortable clothing and shoes (there will be games and movement throughout the day)

⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Doors open at 8:30 AM

• Event begins shortly after check-in

• Event ends at 3:00 PM

• Please ensure timely pick-up following the closing session

🔒 Safety & Supervision

The safety of every girl is very important to us. This event will include:

• Adult leaders and volunteers present at all times

• Check-in and check-out procedures

• Supervised environments for all activities

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

However, tickets may be transferred to another participant if needed.
